Getting To Know Milwaukee

Located on the western shore of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee is Wisconsin’s largest city and the centre of trade and manufacturing in the state. In the 19th century, it made its name as the “Beer Capital of the World” when German brewers Frederick Miller, Joseph Schlitz, and Frederick Pabst founded the competing breweries that made Wisconsin beer famous.
